Sales Force Compensation

The Marketing Advantage® assists Pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech Companies to design Incentive Compensation Plans that help the Sales Force meet the Corporate Sales Goals. Using our Pharma IC Planner™ system, we can combine “What-If?” Simulations with expert judgement to permit us to evaluate different compensation and bonus schemes. We can help design the IC Plan, including helping to set quota and testing the plan on the criteria of Equity and Fairness. Once an Incentive-Compensation Plan is designed, we can help project performances down to a Sales Rep level and estimate a total cost to the Plan.
